Allow customized filters to stick across sessions.

Every time I log into the Tessell console, I have to select something other than myself in the Owner filter item. The default is itself not an issue but I would like to be able to set what I generally want when I navigate to an item to just be there once I set it. Ideally, this should also apply to some of the other filters listed as well.
